Hubungan antara Beban Kerja dengan Stres Kerja pada Perawat IGD RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada perawat IGD RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adanya hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada perawat RSUP Adam Malik Medan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini perawat ruangan IGD RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan yang berjumlah 59 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan skala psikologi yang berbentuk skala likert dengan total sampling, yaitu sejumlah daftar pernyataan yang harus di jawab oleh subjek. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Poduct Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja yang dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien linearitas dimana rxy = 0,695 dengan p linearity < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variable bebas X dengan variable terikat Y sebesar 0,483, dan beban kerja berkontribusi terhadap stres kerja sebesar 48,3%. Hasil uji mean stres kerja dengan kategori tinggi dengan mean hipotetik sebesar 67,5 dan nilai mean empirik sebesar 74,15. This study aims to examine the relationship between workload and work stress in emergency room nurses at Haji Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive relationship between workload and work stress in nurses at Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. This research method is quantitative with a correlational design. The subjects in this study were 59 nurses in the IGD at RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. Sampling using Total Sampling. The data collection method in this study was to use a psychological scale in the form of a Likert scale with total sampling, which is a list of statements that must be answered by the subject. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using the r Product Moment correlation technique, it is known that there is a positive relationship between workload and work stress which can be seen from the value of the linearity coefficient where rxy = 0.695 with p linearity <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is 0.483, and workload contributes to work stress of 48.3%. The results of the mean work stress test are in the high category with a hypothetical mean of 67.5 and an empirical mean value of 74.15.
