dc.description.abstractArtikel ini bertujan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan organisasi dengan quality of work life pada pegawai di Dinas Perindustrian Kota Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai yang berada di Dinas Perindustrian Kota Medan yang berjumlah 51 orang.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional.Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi-Product Moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisien ( ) = 0,462 dan koefisien ( ) =0,213 dengan P=0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara dukungan organisasi dengan quality of work life . Dukungan organisasi berkontribusi terhadap quality of work life sebesar 21,3%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 78,7% factor lain dari quality of work life yaitu dari Komunikasi, Pengembangan karir, Komitmen organisasi, Dukungan emosional, Pengaturan sistem kerja yang fleksibel, Budaya keluarga yang responsif, Motivasi karyawan, Iklim organisasi, Kepuasan kerja, Imbalan dan Kompensasi. Diketahui bahwa dukungan organisasi pada pegawai dinyatakan pada kategori tinggi dengan mean empirik = 42,08> mean hipotetik = 32,5, dimana bilangan SD = 5,549 dan quality of work life tergolong tinggi dengan mean empirik = 199,94 > mean hipotetik = 172,5, dimana bilangan SD = 22,043. This article aims to determine the correlation between organizational support and quality of work life for employees in Medan City Industrial Office. The sample in this study were employees in Medan City Industrial Office, totaling 51 people. This research method uses correlational quantitative methods. The method of data analysis in this study is Correlation-Product Moment. Based on the calculation of the r Product Moment analysis with a value or coefficient ( ) = 0.462 and a coefficient ( ) = 0.213 with P = 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely that there is a correlation between organizational support and quality of work life. Organizational support contributes to the quality of work life by 21.3%. From these results it is known that there are still 78.7% other factors of quality of work life namely from Communication, Career development, Organizational commitment, Emotional support, Flexible work system arrangements, Responsive family culture, Employee motivation, Organizational climate, Job satisfaction , Rewards and Compensation. It is known that organizational support for employees is stated in the high category with empirical mean = 42.08 > hypothetical mean = 32.5, where SD number = 5.549 and quality of work life is high with empirical mean = 199.94 > hypothetical mean = 172.5 , where SD = 22.043.en_US
