This study aims to determine the correlation of physical work environment and employee performance at CV. X. The variables examined in this study were the physical work environment as the independent variable, employee performance as the dependent variable. This study used a quantitative survey research method using a correlational research method. The subjects of this study were employees at CV. X. The number of samples in this study were 82 employees. The data collection technique in this study used a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation from Karl Pearson. The results of the study show the following acquisition: there is a positive correlation between the physical work environment and employee performance at CV. X. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.655. The effective contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 42.90% and the remaining 57.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From the results of the analysis, the physical work environment research is classified as good with an empirical average value of 92,951 with a hypothetical mean of 85 and employee performance is classified as moderate with an empirical average value of 93,695 with a hypothetical mean of 100.en_US
