Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran fungsi keluarga pada personil Polda Kalimantan Timur yang terjaring LGBT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orang personil terjaring LGBT. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 37 orang personil yang mengalami orientasi seksual. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen yang berupa skala psikologi Skala Fungsi keluarga dikembangkan oleh Lubis (2021) berdasarkan teori fungsi keluarga dari Shek (2002) yang terdiri dari dimensi mutualitas, harmoni, komunikasi, dukungan dan control. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa konstribusi yang paling besar pada variable fungsi keluarga terdapat pada aspek harmoni sebesar 37.62%, sedangkan konstribusi terendah adalah kontrol orang tua sebesar 8.44%. This research aims to determine the description of family functions among East Kalimantan Regional Police personnel who are arrested for LGBT. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study was 37 LGBT personnel. The samples taken in this study were 37 personnel who experienced sexual orientation. The data collection method in this research is an instrument in the form of a psychological scale. The Family Function Scale was developed by Lubis (2021) based on the family function theory of Shek (2002) which consists of the dimensions of mutuality, harmony, communication, support and control. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the greatest contribution to the family function variable is in the harmony aspect at 37.62%, while the lowest contribution is parental control at 8.44%. |
