dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Pulu Raja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi 60 karyawan dan sampel 35 karyawan lapangan. Untuk menentukan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik kuota sampling. Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian, peneliti menggunakan skala komunikasi interpersonal dan skala komitmen organisasi. Uji hipotesis berdasarkan pada analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Pulu Raja . Hal tersebut dapat dilihat berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang ditunjukkan dengan angka nilai F hitung = 32,445 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 (kurang dari 0,05) artinya dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Sehingga memiliki pengaruh sebesar 49,6 %. Koefisien regresi X sebesar 0,691 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai komunikasi interpersonal, maka nilai komitmen organisasi bertambah sebesar 0,691. Koefisien regresi tersebut bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel bebas (komunikasi interpersonal) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel terikat (komitmen organisasi). This research is written to examine whether interpersonal communication has something to do with the organizational commitment among employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Pulu Raja. For this purpose, quantitative research is then carried out by taking 60 employees as a population and 35 bluecollars as a sample. Furthermore, to determine the sample of this research is to use total sampling whereas to collect the data, not only do I use interpersonal communication scale, but organizational commitment. Hypothesis testing is based on a simple regression analysis by using 25.0 version of SPSS as an assistance. However, the result of this research showed that there was a positive influence between interpersonal communication and organizational commitment to PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Pula Raja employees. This could be seen based on the results of this research which are indicated by the calculated F value = 32,445 with a significance level of 0.000 (less than 0.05). It indeed provides us some proves that it could be used to predict the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable so that it has an effect of 49.6%. Moreover, the X regression coefficient of 0.691 states that for every 1% increase in the Interpersonal Communication value has also been followed by the increasing of the Organizational Commitment value for 0.691. To sum up, the regression coefficient, in fact, is positive, so it can be said that the independent variable (Interpersonal Communication) has a positive influence on the dependent variable (Organizational Commitment) | en_US |
