Semakin tinggi self efficacy semakin rendah kecemasan menghadapi mutasi personil Polsek. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah self efficacy maka semakin tinggi kecemasan menghadapi mutasi personil Polsek Medan Tuntungan. This research aims to see the relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety about facing mutations in Medan Tuntungan Police personnel. The sample in this research was 29 personnel, the sampling technique used total sampling. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety about facing mutations in Medan Tuntungan Police personnel.Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale. Selfefficacy among Medan Tuntungan Police personnel is still relatively low with a standard deviation of (5.960) and anxiety about facing transfers for Medan Tuntungan Police personnel is relatively high with a standard deviation (9.763). To test the proposed hypothesis, the correlation coefficient Rxy = -0.534; p= 0.000<0.050. This means that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and mutation anxiety in Medan Tuntungan Police personnel. The results of the research were that Medan Tuntungan Police personnel had low self-efficacy, namely 28 personnel (96.6%) and 1 person was in the medium category, namely (3.4%). Medan Tuntungan Police personnel have relatively high anxiety in dealing with transfers, namely 15 personnel (51.7%) and the remaining 14 personnel (48.3%) have anxiety in the medium category. The higher the selfefficacy, the lower the anxiety regarding transfers of police personnel. On the other hand, the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the anxiety regarding the transfer of Medan Tuntungan Police personnel. Thus, the proposed hypothesis is declared "accepted".en_US
