Hubungan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dengan Produktivitas Kerja di SMP-SMA Persiapan Sunggal

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dengan Produktivitas Kerja pada Tenaga Kependidikan di SMP-SMA Persiapan Sunggal. Subjek penelitian ini ialah tenaga kependidikan di SMP-SMA Persiapan Sunggal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 tenaga kependidikan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan produktivitas kerja pada tenaga kependidikan di SMP-SMA Persiapan Sunggal. Adapun metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala lingkungan kerja fisik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan produktivitas kerja pada tenaga kependidikan di SMP-SMA Persiapan Sunggal, dengan rxy= 0.538 dan p = 0.000 < 0.05. Koefisien determinan (𝑟2) dengan nilai 0.289, menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja sebesar 28.9%. Berdasarkan pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa tenaga kependidikan di SMP-SMA Persiapan Sunggal memiliki tingkat produktivitas kerja yang baik didapat berdasarkan dari nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 23.56. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja fisik dengan produktivitas kerja, dimana semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin tinggi produktivitas kerja. This study was to determine the correlation of physical work environment and work productivity in teaching staff at the Sunggal Persiapan Middle Schools. The subjects in this study were teaching staff at the Sunggal Persiapan Middle Schools. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique. The sample in this study was 35 educational staff. The hypothesis in tihis study is that there is a positive correlation between the physical work environment and work productivity in teaching staff at the Sunggal Persiapan Middle School. As data for collection method in this study uses a productivity scale and a physical work environment scale. The data analysis method used is Product Moment. The results showed that there was a relationship between of physical work environment and the work productivity of the teaching staff at the Sunggal Persiapan Junior High Schools, with rxy = 0.538 and p = 0.000 <0.05. The determination coefficient(𝑟2) with a value of 0.289 indicates that the physical work environment affects work productivity by 28.9%. Based on this research, it is known that the teaching staff at the Sunggal Persiapan Middle School and High School have a good level of work productivity obtained based on the average value obtaine of 23.56. This shows that there is a positive correlation between of physical work environment and work productivity, where the better the work environment, the higher work productivity.
