Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja tenaga kerja sukarela di Puskesmas Kabupaten Asahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, dimana penelitian ini sampelnya adalah 68 tenaga kerja sukarela di Puskesmas Kabupaten Asahan. Skala motivasi kerja disusun berdasarkan faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja menurut Herzberg (Munandar, 2001) yaitu tanggung jawab, kemajuan, pekerjaan itu sendiri, capaian, pengakuan, administrasi dan kebijakan, gaji, hubungan antar pribadi, dan kondisi kerja. Pengukuran motivasi kerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala rating (rating scale). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor tantangan pekerjaan itu sendiri memberikan kontribusi terbesar yakni sebesar 13.69% dan yang terkecil adalah administrasi dan kebijakan perusahaan yakni sebesar 7.42%. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the work motivation of volunteer workers at the Asahan District Public Health Center. The research method used is a method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Sampling used total sampling, in which this study sampled 68 volunteer workers at the Asahan District Public Health Center. The scale of work motivation is prepared based on factors that influence work motivation according to Herzberg (Munandar, 2001), namely responsibility, progress, work itself, achievement, recognition, administration and policy, salary, interpersonal relationships, and working conditions. Measurement of work motivation is done by using a rating scale (rating scale). Based on the research results, it is known that the job challenge factor work itself gives the biggest contribution, namely 13.69% and the smallest is administration and company policy, namely 7.42%. |
