Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui hubungan emotional intelligence dengan work life balance pada karyawati PT Allegrindo Nusantara. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 152 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling berjumlah 102 orang buruh perindukan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data skala emotional intelligence menggunaka skala semantic differensial dan skala work life balance menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisi data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisi dengan metode analisi Korelasi r Product moment diketahui hubungan positif yang signifikan antara emotional intelligence dengan work life balance dimana Rxy = 0.331 menunjukan nilai signifikan korelasi p= 0.000 <0.05. Koefisien determiann (r2) dari hubungan emotional intelligence dengan work life balance PT Allegrindo Nusantara sebesar r2 = 0.110 ini menunjukan work life balance dipengaruhi oleh emotional intelligence sebesar 11 % dan selebihnya dibentuk oleh faktor lain, yaitu kepribadian dan psychology well being. Dapat disimpulkan emotional intelligence tergolong sedang dimana mean hipotetik 66.000 dan mean empirik 59.673 serta standart deviasinya 8.571. Dan work life balance juga tergolong sedang dimana mean hipotetik 25.000, mean empirik 24.812, serta standart devisiasi nya 2.579. This study aims to empirically test and determine the correlation between emotional intelligence and work-life balance in employees of Pt Allegrindo Nusantara. The population in this study was 152 people, the sample of this study amounted to 102 employees of parent workers. Quantitative research method. Data collection of emotional intelligence scale using semantic differential scale and work life balance scale using Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use product moment correlation techniques. The results of the analysis with the correlation method r Product moment is known to have a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and work-life balance where Rxy = 0.331 shows a significant correlation value p = 0.000 <0.05. The determiann coefficient (r2) of the correlation between emotional intelligence and Pt Allegrindo Nusantara's work life balance of r2 = 0.110 shows that work life balance is influenced by emotional intelligence by 11% and the rest is formed by other factors, namely personality and psychology well being. It can be concluded that emotional intelligence is classified as medium where the hypothetical mean is 66,000 and the empirical mean is 59,673 and the standard deviation is 8,571. And the work-life balance is also classified as medium where the hypothetical mean is 25,000, the empirical mean is 24,812, and the standard revision is 2,579.
