Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Sibolangit, Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus kepada hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) yang ada di Kecamatan Sibolangit, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam memberikan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat sekitar. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara analisis data melibatkan reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas kerja ASN di Kantor Camat Sibolangit, Kabupaten Deli Serdang masih kurang baik sehingga berdampak pada kinerja mereka dalam memberikan pelayanan. Masih banyak ASN yang kurang disiplin dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan mereka serta respons terhadap peraturan kerja yang masih rendah. Kekurangan sumber daya manusia, terutama dalam pejabat struktural, menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian latar belakang pendidikan dengan tugas pokok. Ketidaklengkapkan sarana dan prasarana kantor serta kendala akses internet menjadi permasalahan yang dapat mengganggu kualitas kerja para ASN. Pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis yang dilakukan juga dinilai masih belum maksimal dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja. This research aims to determine the performance of Civil Servants (ASN) in providing public services in the Sibolangit Sub-District, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with a focus on aspects related to the performance of Civil Servants (ASN) in the Sibolangit Sub-District, Deli Serdang Regency, in delivering public services to the local community. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was maintained through triangulation using various sources. The research results indicate that the quality of work of ASN at the Sibolangit Sub-District Office, Deli Serdang Regency, is still inadequate, which affects their performance in providing services. There are still many ASN who lack discipline and responsibility towards their work, and their response to work regulations is still low. The shortage of human resources, especially in structural positions, leads to a mismatch between educational backgrounds and job duties. The inadequacy of office facilities and infrastructure, as well as internet access constraints, are issues that can disrupt the quality of work of ASN. Training and technical guidance conducted are also considered to be not yet optimal in improving work quality.
