This research aims to examine the implementation of public services and the inhibiting factors in the field of population administration at the Sibolangit Sub-District Office, Deli Serdang Regency. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with a focus on the extent of the implementation of public services in the field of population administration in the sub-district. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was maintained through triangulation using various sources. The research results indicate that there is alignment between the program and its beneficiaries, where public services in the field of population administration have clear objectives. However, the ability of the local population and civil registration office (Koordinator Kecamatan Administrasi Kependudukan or "Koordukcapil") to provide population administration services in villages is not yet optimal. The target group for public services in the field of population administration is the entire rural population in the Sibolangit Sub-District. Inhibiting factors include not all villages in the Sibolangit Sub-District have adequate internet connectivity to access the Salak Deli application provided. | en_US |
