This study aims to determine the relationship between implementation of project based learning model and student learning achievement of Class X Students at SMK Swasta Jambi Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all Class X students at SMK Swasta Jambi Medan, totaling 244 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, amounting to 122 respondents. The data collection method in this study uses a project-based learning scale and learning achievement scale. The data analysis method used in this study is Product Moment correlation. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.794 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant positive relationship between project based learning and learning achievement in Class X Students at SMK Swasta Jambi Medan, with a determination coefficient of 0.631 with a contribution of 63.10%. Based on the results of statistical calculations, project based learning is in the very low category with a hypothetical mean of 77,500 and an empirical mean of 44,319 where the SD/SB is 12,158 and also learning achievement is classified as a low category with a hypothetical mean of 77,500 and an empirical mean of 58,606 where the SD/SB is 16,983. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted.en_US
