dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosi terhadap stress kerja pada personil Sabhara Di Polres Pelabuhan Belawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 orang. teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Kecerdasan emosi disusun dengan teori (Goleman, 2015) menjelaskan lima wilayahutama dalam kecerdasan emosional, yaitu: Kesadaran diri, Pengaturan diri, Motivasi, Empati, Keterampilan sosial. Selanjutnya stres kerja diukur dengan teori Beehr dan Newman (dalam Luthans, 2005) mengklasifikasikan 3 aspek yang mempengaruhi stres kerja yaitu : Aspek Fisik, Aspek Psikis, Aspek Prilaku. Dalam melihat apakah Kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh terhadap Stres kerja dan melihat dan seberapa besar pengaruh Kecerdasan emosi terhadap Stres kerja melalui persamaan linier yang terbentuk, maka dilakukan Uji t. Dengan koefisin t sebesar - 2.375, dengan harga p = 0.021 berrarti p<0.05, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima, dalam arti ada pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap stres kerja, dengan besaran pengaruh dalam bentuk linier dapat dituliskan sebagai berikut : y=a + bx, berdasarkan tabel di atas paka dapat dituliskan y = 113.994 + (-0.182)* (X). Artinya besaran pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap stres kerjaa dalah sebesar 113.812, jika tejadi peningkatan variabel X sebanyak 1 poin, dengan konstribusi sebesar 8.5% Berdasarkan uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosi tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik sebesar 100 dan nilai rata-rata empiric sebesar 92.175. Selanjutnya stres kerja tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik sebesar 95 dan nilai rata-rata empiric sebesar 97.238. This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence on work stress in Sabhara personnel at the Belawan Harbor Police. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The total sample was 63 people. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling. Emotional intelligence is structured by theory (Goleman, 2015) explaining five main areas in emotional intelligence, namely: Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Motivation, Empathy, Social skills. Furthermore, work stress is measured using the theory of Beehr and Newman (in Luthans, 2005) classifying 3 aspects that influence work stress, namely: Physical Aspects, Psychological Aspects, Behavioral Aspects. To see whether emotional intelligence has an effect on work stress and to see how much influence emotional intelligence has on work stress through the linear equation formed, a t test is carried out. With a t coefficient of -2.375, with a value of p = 0.021, meaning p<0.05, the hypothesis in this study is accepted, in the sense that there is an influence of emotional intelligence on work stress, with the magnitude of the influence in linear form can be written as follows: y=a + bx , based on the table above we can write y = 113.994 + (-0.182)* (X). This means that the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence on work stress is 113,812, if there is an increase in variable amounting to 92,175. Furthermore, work stress is classified as high with a hypothetical average value of 95 and an empirical average value of 97,238. | en_US |
