Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris gambaran disiplin kerja pada karyawan di PT. Abhipraya Teknik Mandiri. Disiplin kerja adalah kepatuhan individu pada peraturan atau perintah yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan serta siap diberikan sanksi jikalau melanggar setiap aturannya yang ada. Disiplin kerja diukur dari aspek-aspek menurut Lateiner (2002) yaitu: ketepatan waktu, pemanfaatan sarana, ketaatan terhadap peraturan, tanggung jawab yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sample penelitian berjumlah 40 pegawai. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan frekuensi persepsi responden dengan rumus p = f/n× 100%. Berdasarkan indeks reliabilitas yang diperoleh skala disiplin kerja yakni sebesar Cronbach’s Alpha= 0,878 artinya skala disiplin kerja sebagai alat ukur yang dinyatakan reliable. Serta variabel disiplin kerja menunjukan sebaran normal dengan nilai K-S =1,116 dengan p= 0,015 atau p>0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif Disiplin Kerja pada pegawai PT. Abhipraya Teknik Mandiri didapatkan nilai rata-rata aspek ketepatan waktu sebesar 23,15 atau 25%, nilai rata-rata aspek pemanfaatan sarana sebesar 25,80 atau 28%, nilai rata-rata aspek tanggung jawab yang tinggi sebesar 23,43 atau 25% dan nilai rata-rata aspek ketaatan pada peraturan perusahaan sebesar 20,85 atau 22%. This study aims to determine and empirically test the picture of work discipline in employees at PT Abhipraya Teknik Mandiri. Work discipline is individual compliance with the rules or orders that have been set by the company and is ready to be sanctioned if it violates any existing rules. Work discipline is measured from aspects according to Lateiner (2002), namely: punctuality, utilization of facilities, obedience to regulations, high responsibility. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a research sample of 40 employees. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the frequency of respondents' perceptions with the formula p = f / n × 100%. Based on the reliability index obtained by the work discipline scale, which is equal to Cronbach's Alpha = 0.878, it means that the work discipline scale as a measuring tool is declared reliable. And the work discipline variable shows a normal distribution with a K-S value = 1.116 with p = 0.015 or p>0.05. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of work discipline on employees of PT Abhipraya Teknik Mandiri, the average value of the punctuality aspect is 23.15 or 25%, the average value of the facility utilization aspect is 25.80 or 28%, the average value of the high responsibility aspect is 23.43 or 25% and the average value of the aspect of obedience to company regulations is 20.85 or 22%.
