Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan work engagement pada karyawan PT. Jadi Jaya Nabati. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 orang, dengan tekhnik pengambilan yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Skala Work engagement disusun berdasarkan aspek menurut Schaufeli dan Bakker (2003): Vigor (kekuatan), Dedication (dedikasi), dan Absorption (absorpsi). Skala Lingkungan Kerja disusun berdasarkan aspek menurut (Analisa, 2018): struktur kerja, tanggung jawab, perhatian dan dukungan pemimpin, kerjasama antar kelompok, dan kelancaran komunikasi. Model skala yang digunakan adalah Likert dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi Product moment dari Pearson, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja dengan work engagement. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,918, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan r2 = 0,844. Ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berdistribusi sebesar 84,4% terhadap work engagement. Lingkungan Kerja yang diterima tergolong buruk dengan nilai hipotetik 82,5 dari nilai 66,82 dan work engagement yang diterima tergolong rendah dengan nilai hipotetik 75 dari nilai rata-rata empirik 60,76. mean hipotetik dan mean empirik maka disimpulkan bahwa Karyawan PT. Jadi Jaya Nabati memiliki lingkungan kerja yang buruk dan work engagement yang rendah. This study aims to analyze the corellation between work environment and work engagement of employees in PT. Jadi Jaya Nabati. This study used a corellational quantitative approach that is correlational. The population in this study were 67 people, with the total sampling technique used. The Work engagement scale is arranged based on aspects according to Schaufeli and Bakker (2003): Vigor (strength), Dedication (dedication), and Absorption (absorption). The Work Environment Scale is arranged based on aspects according to (Analisa, 2018): work structure, responsibility, attention and support from leaders, cooperation between groups, and smooth communication. The scale model used is a Likert with 4 answer choices. Based on the results of the Product moment correlation analysis from Pearson, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between the work environment and work engagement. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.918, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. Determinant coefficient r2 = 0.844. This shows that the work environment has a distribution of 84.4% on work engagement. The work environment received is classified as bad with a hypothetical value of 82.5 out of 66.82 and the work engagement received is classified as low with a hypothetical value of 75 out of an empirical average value of 60.76. hypothetical mean and empirical mean, it can be concluded that employees of PT. So Jaya Nabati has a bad work environment and low work engagement.
