Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi Dengan Cyberloafing Pegawai PDAM Tirta Kualo Kota Tanjungbalai.Pendekatan penelitian yang dilaksanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif.Sample dalam penelitian ini 49 Pegawai tetap PDAM Tirta Kualo Kota Tanjungbalai. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Skala cyberloafing dalam penelitian ini diukur berdasarkan aspek cyberloafing menjadi aspek yaitu: Minor Cyberloafing, dan Serious Cyberloafing. Skala dukungan organisasional dalam penelitian ini diukur berdasarkan aspek dukungan organisasi: Peduli dengan kesejahteraan karyawan, Respon terhadap kesulitan karyawan, Peduli dengan performa kerja karyawan, Respon terhadap ide dan pendapat karyawan. Kedua skala diatas menggunakan skala Likert dengan 4 Pilihan Jawaban. Hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara dukungan organisasi dengan cyberloafing. Koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,632, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,400. Ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi berdistribusi sebesar 40,00% terhadap cyberloafing.Berdasarkan hasil uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan organisasi tergolong rendah dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetis sebesar 70.00 dan nilai rata-rata empiric sebesar 59.367. selanjutnya Cyberloafing tergolong sedang dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetis sebesar 75.00 dan nilai rata-rata empiric sebesar 76.837. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support by cyberloafing PDAM Tirta Kualo employees in Tanjungbalai City. The research approach implemented in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study were 49 permanent employees of PDAM Tirta Kualo, Tanjungbalai City. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The cyberloafing scale in this study was measured based on the cyberloafing aspect into aspects namely: Minor Cyberloafing, and Serious Cyberloafing. The scale of organizational support in this study was measured based on aspects of organizational support: Concern for employee welfare, Response to employee difficulties, Concern for employee work performance, Response to employee ideas and opinions. The two scales above use a Likert scale with 4 answer choices. The results of product moment correlation analysis calculations show that there is a negative relationship between organizational support and cyberloafing. The correlation coefficient rxy = -0.632, with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.400. This shows that organizational support is distributed at 40.00% towards cyberloafing. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that organizational support is classified as low with a hypothetical average value of 70.00 and an empirical average value of 59,367. Furthermore, Cyberloafing is classified as moderate with a hypothetical average value of 75.00 and an empirical average value of 76,837.
