Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kontrol Diri Dan Perilaku Konsumtif Belanja Onlie Pada Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan Sibolga. This study aims to determine the effect of self-control and consumptive behavior of online shopping among students at the Sibolga Fisheries High School. The hypothesis put forward is that there is a negative relationship between self-control and consumptive behavior. It is assumed that the higher the self-control, the lower the consumptive behavior, conversely, the lower the self-control, the higher the consumptive behavior. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection uses a Likert scale. Based on the results of partial analysis calculations, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between self-control and consumptive behavior. The results of statistical tests with SPSS on variable X (Self Control) obtained tcount = -3,697 <2.010 = ttable and sig = 0.001 <5%, so H0 is rejected. This means that the selfcontrol variable has a significant negative effect on the dependent variable of consumptive behavior. R2 value = 0.222 = 22.2%. This means that the independent variable of self-control affects the dependent variable of consumptive behavior by 20.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the description, it can be concluded that consumer behavior is classified as high with a hypothetical mean value of 147.5 and an empirical mean of 167.62. Furthermore, self-control is classified as low because the hypothetical mean is 90 and the empirical mean is 68.76.
