Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif.Metode pengumpulan data yg digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert yaitu skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur sikap,pendapat,dan persepsi seseorang atau sekelompok orang tentang fenomena sosial.Dengan skala likert,maka variabel yang akan diukur dijabarkan menjadi indikator variabel.Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 Responden Divisi Pengawas.Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Total Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor diperoleh bahwa secara simultan (serempak) kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh jenis pekerjaan sebesar 19.5% ,dukungan organisasi sebesar 24,1%,rekan kerja sebesar 24,2% dan komunikasi atasan atasan-bawahan sebesar 32.2%.Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor kepuasan kerja pada karyawan divisi pengawas di PT. SKT HEPP Asahan III didapatkan kontribusi faktor pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja meliputi: kontribusi jenis pekerjaan senilai 0,833 atau (19,5%), kontribusi dukungan organisasi senilai 0,869 atau 24,1%, kontribusi rekan kerja senilai 0,899 atau (24,2%), dan kontribusi atasan senilai 0,872 atau (32,2%). Hasil ini menunjukkan kontribusi yang tertinggi pengaruhnya adalah komunikasi atasan-bawahan senilai yaitu 0,872 (32,2 %),jenis pekerjaan senilai yaitu 0, 833 atau (19%). This research aims to find out and test empirically what factors influence job satisfaction. The research method used in this research is Quantitative Descriptive. The data collection method used in this research is the Likert scale, which is a scale used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. Using a Likert scale, the variables to be measured are broken down into indicator variables. The sample in this research was 56 respondents from the Supervisory Division. The data collection technique in this research was the Total Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is the descriptive method technique. Based on the results of factor analysis, it was found that simultaneously (simultaneously) employee job satisfaction was influenced by type of work by 19.5%, organizational support by 24.1%, co-workers by 24.2% and superior-subordinate communication by 32.2%. Based on the results of the analysis Job satisfaction factors in supervisory division employees at PT. SKT HEPP Asahan III found that the contribution of influencing factors on job satisfaction included: contribution of type of work worth 0.833 or (19.5%), contribution of organizational support worth 0.869 or 24.1%, contribution of colleagues worth 0.899 or (24.2%), and superior contribution worth 0.872 or (32.2%). These results show that the contribution with the highest influence is superior-subordinate communication worth 0.872 (32.2%), type of work worth 0.833 or (19%). |
