Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menguji Hubungan antara stres kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. Sinar Trans Eka Virgo Express. Hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 karyawan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Skala stress kerja disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek dan skala Kepuasan kerja yang disusun peneliti berdasarkan aspek-aspek menggunakan skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara kepuasan kerja dengan stress kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien linearitas dimana rxy = 0,558 dengan p linearity < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y sebesar 0,314 dan kepuasan kerja berkontribusi terhadap stress kerja 31,4%, yang artinya ada hubungan negatif antara dukungan sosial dengan stress kerja, artinya semakin rendah dukungan sosial semakin tinggi stress kerja. Berdasarkan hasil diatas, maka hipotesis yang telah diajukan penulis dinyatakan diterima.Berdasarkan hasil uji mean dapat dilihat bahwa kepuasan kerja dengan kategori rendah dengan mean hipotetik sebesar 45 dan nilai mean empirik sebesar 33,70. Stres kerja dengan kategori tinggi dengan mean hipotetik sebesar 90 dan nilai mean empirik sebesar 101,18 This study aims to examine the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction at PT. Sinar Trans Eka Virgo Express. The proposed hypothesis is declared accepted. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The method used is a quantitative method. The work stress scale was arranged based on aspects and the job satisfaction scale was compiled by researchers based on aspects using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using the r Product Moment correlation technique, it is known that there is a negative relationship between job satisfaction and work stress seen from the value of the linearity coefficient where rxy = 0.558 with p linearity <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is 0.314 and job satisfaction contributes to job stress of 31.4%, which means that there is a negative relationship between social support and work stress, meaning that the lower the social support, the higher the job stress . Based on the above results, the hypothesis that has been proposed by the author is declared accepted. Based on the results of the mean test it can be seen that job satisfaction is in the low category with a hypothetical mean of 45 and an empirical mean value of 33.70. Work stress in the high category with a hypothetical mean of 90 and an empirical mean value of 101.18.
