dc.description.abstractPsychosocial safety climate adalah aspek spesifik dari iklim suatu organisasi yang merujuk pada persepsi bersama mengenai kebijakan, praktek dan prosedur yang tercermin didalam organisasi terkait program perlindungan nilai kesehatan psikososial dan keselamatan mental pegawai di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sample penelitian berjumlah 40 pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini hasil uji reliabilitas skala PSC menunjukan bahwa skor reliabilitas Cronbach Aplha (α) yang dimiliki sebesar sebesar 0,845. Uji normalitas dalam penelitian menggunakan Kolmogorov-smirnov dengan nilai signifikansi apabila p > 0,05 maka sebaran dinyatakan normal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis peneliti mendapatkan jawaban hasil statistik yaitu berupa gambaran persepsi psychosocial safety climate aspek komunikasi organisasional dimana secara frekuensi terdapat sebanyak 8 orang atau 20%, sedang 31 orang atau 77,5% dan rendah 1 orang atau 2,5%, aspek dukungan dan komitmen manajemen dimana secara frekuensi terdapat sebanyak 9 orang atau 22,5%, sedang 26 orang atau 65% dan rendah 5 orang atau 12.5%, aspek prioritas pengelolaan secara frekuensi terdapat sebanyak 8 orang atau 20%, sedang 24 orang atau 60% dan rendah 8 orang atau 20%. Dan aspek partisipasi dan keterlibatan dalam organisasi sebanyak 5 orang atau 12,5%, sedang 26 orang atau 65% dan rendah 9 orang atau 22,5%. Psychosocial safety climate is a specific aspect of an organization's climate that refers to shared perceptions of policies, practices and procedures reflected in the organization related to psychosocial health value protection programs and employee mental safety in the workplace. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a research sample of 40 employees. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out in this study, the results of the PSC scale reliability test show that the Cronbach Aplha (α) reliability score is 0.845. The normality test in the study used Kolmogorov-smirnov with a significance value if p> 0.05 then the distribution was declared normal. Based on the results of the analysis, researchers get answers to statistical results, namely in the form of a description of the perception of psychosocial safety climate in the aspect of organizational communication where there are 8 people or 20%, 31 people or 77.5% medium and 1 person or 2.5% low, aspects of management support and commitment where there are 9 people or 22.5%, 26 people or 65% medium and 5 people or 12.5% low, aspects of management priorities in frequency there are 8 people or 20%, 24 people or 60% medium and 8 people or 20% low. And the aspect of participation and involvement in the organization as many as 5 people or 12.5%, moderate 26 people or 65% and low 9 people or 22.5%.en_US
