Hubungan Religiusitas dengan Forgiveness pada Mahasiswa Universitas Medan Area Fakultas Psikologi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan anatara religiusitas dengan forgiveness pada mahasiswa UMA fakultas psikologi. Skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala religiusitas dan skala forgiveness dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UMA fakultas psikologi yang berjumlah 55 mahasiswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Product moment maka dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan forgiveness. Hasil ini membuktikan dengan kolerasi rxy = 0,580 Dengan p<0,008 bahwa religiusitas berkontribusi tterhadap forgiveness sebesar 33,6%. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 66,4% dari faktor lain dari forgiveness yang dijelaskan dalam penelitian dan tidak terlihat penelitian ini. Bahwa mahasiswa memliki religiusitas yang tergolong religiusitas berada di kategori rendah dengan mean emperik = 10,61 > mean hipotetik = 65 dimana selisi kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 10,61 dan forgiveness pada tergolong rendah mean empirik 9,98 > mean hipotetik = 55 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan 9,98. Berdasarkan hasil ini, maka hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to look at the relationship between religiosity and forgiveness in UMA psychology students. The scale used in this study is the religiosity scale and the forgiveness scale where the subjects in this study were UMA psychology students, totaling 55 students. The data analysis method used in this research is Product moment, so the following results can be obtained: there is a significant positive relationship between religiosity and forgiveness. These results prove the correlation rxy = 0.580 With p <0.008 that religiosity contributes to forgiveness by 33.6%. From the results of this study it is known that there are still 66.4% of the other factors of forgiveness described in the research and are not visible in this research. That students have religiosity which is classified as religiosity is in the low category with empirical mean = 10.61 > hypothetical mean = 65 where the difference between the two means exceeds SD number = 10.61 and forgiveness is classified as low empirical mean 9.98 > hypothetical mean = 55 where the difference between the two means exceeds the number 9.98 . Based on these results, the hypothesis that has been proposed in this study is declared accepted.
