dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kompensasi finansial dengan konflik kerja pada karyawan di UD.Qoffai Coffee Robusta Di Sidikalang. Masalah dalam penelitian difokuskan pada kompensasi finansial dan konflik kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kuantitatif. Hasil analisis r Product Moment diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan kompensasi finansial dengan konflik kerja di UD.Qoffai Coffee Robusta Sidikalang dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,326, dengan Signifikan p= 0,006 < 0,05 , artinya ada hubungan negatif Kompensasi finansial dengan Konflik kerja karyawan di UD.Qoffai Coffee Robusta Sidikalang. Koefisien determinasi hubungan kompensasi finansial dengan konflik kerja ditunjukkan dengan R Square (r2) sebesar 0,106. Angka 0,106 mengandung arti bahwa dalam penelitian, kompensasi finansial memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,60% terhadap konflik kerja. The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether there is a relationship between financial compensation and work conflict among workers at UD.Qoffai Coffee Robusta in Sidikalang. Conflict at work and financial compensation are the main issues in this study. Retrieval technique the sample used in this research is a total sample. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the r Product Moment analysis show that there is a relationship between financial compensation and work conflict at UD.Qoffai Coffee Robusta Sidikalang, as seen from the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.326 with a significant p = 0.006 <0.05, meaning that there is a negative relationship between financial compensation and employee work conflict at UD.Qoffai Coffee Robusta Sidikalang. The coefficient of determination of the relationship between financial compensation and work conflict is indicated by an R Square (r2) of 0.106. The number 0.106 means that in research, financial compensation has an effective contribution of 10.60% to work conflict.en_US
