dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert. Kepuasan kerja adalah sikap umum terhadap pekerjaan seseorang yang menunjukkan perbedaan antara jumlah penghargaan yang diterima pekerja dan jumlah yang mereka yakini seharusnya mereka terima. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggukan sebanyak 30 orang sampel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Total sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel secara keseluruhan sesuai dengan jumlah populasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert. Pengambilan data menggunakan model skala Likert mulai dari skala kepuasan kerja dan skala guttman untuk variable tipe kepribadian. Subjek penelitian yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Uji T-Test Separated Varians. tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dengan tipe kepribadian introvert Skewness (SE) Kepuasan Kerja Ekstrovet 1.683 dan Skewness (SE) Kepuasan Kerja Introvert 1.233 dan nilai Shapiro-Wilk sebesar 0.955 > ; p = > 0,086. This study aims to determine the differences in job satisfaction of employees who have extroverted and introverted personality types. Job satisfaction is a general attitude toward one's job that shows the difference between the amount of rewards workers receive and the amount they believe they should receive. This research approach uses a sample of 30 people. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. Total sampling is a whole sampling technique according to the total population. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there are differences in the job satisfaction of employees who have extroverted and introverted personalities. Retrieval of data using a Likert scale model starting from the job satisfaction scale and the Guttman scale for personality type variables. The research subjects were as many as 30 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Analysis of the research data using the Separated Variance T-Test. extrovert personality type with introvert personality type. p = > 0.086.en_US
