Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital terhadap workplace wellbeing pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Bunda Thamrin yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat Rumah Sakit Bunda Thamrin yang berjumlah 223 dan sebanyak 40 perawat dijadikan data try out. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala yaitu, skala workplace wellbeing dan skala psychological capital. Pada Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis regresi linear sederhana dan diperoleh koefisien determinan sebesar 0,423, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh psychological capital terhadap workplace wellbeing adalah sebesar 42,3% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 57,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti faktor work value, job demand, dan job insecurity. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on workplace wellbeing in nurses at Bunda Thamrin Hospital which is determined using sampling techniques using total sampling techniques. The population in this study was 223 nurses at Bunda Thamrin Hospital and as many as 40 nurses were used as try out data. Data collection was carried out using two scales, namely, the workplace wellbeing scale and the psychological capital scale. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression hypothesis test and obtained a determinant coefficient of 0.423, which contains the understanding that the influence of psychological capital on workplace wellbeing is 42.3% while the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other factors that are not studied in this study such as work value factors, job demand, and job insecurity.
