Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris Perbedaan self-efficacy ditinjau dari pola asuh orangtua siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 217 siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan TA 2021/2022. Adapun jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 45 Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan TA 2021/2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purpusive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari analisis uji beda, diketahui terdapat perbedaan self efficacy ditinjau dari pola asuh. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dari analisis uji beda, diketahui terdapat perbedaan self efficacy ditinjau dari pola asuh. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan dengan koefisien F= 54,561. dengan p = 0.00 < 0,050. Berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yang berbunyi ada perbedaan self efficacy ditinjau dari pola asuh, dinyatakan diterima. Berdasarkan analisis data, hasil dari analisis statistik diperoleh mean empirik variabel self efficacy pada pola asuh demokratis sebesar 88,23 untuk variabel self efficacy pada pola asuh otoriter sebesar 80,90. Selanjutnya self efficacy pada pola asuh permisif sebesar 65,63. This study aims to find out and test empirically the differences in self-efficacy in terms of the parenting style of students at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan. The type of research used in research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 217 students at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan for the 2021/2022 academic year. The number of samples in this study were 45 students from SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sampling technique in this study used a purpusive sampling technique. Based on the calculation results from the different test analysis, it is known that there are differences in self-efficacy in terms of parenting style. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference with the coefficient F = 147, 472 with p = 0.000 <0.050. Based on these results, it means that the hypothesis put forward which reads that there is a difference in self-efficacy in terms of parenting style, is declared accepted. Based on the mean test results, it can be concluded that self-efficacy in democratic parenting is classified as high with a hypothetical mean value of 67.5 and an empirical mean value of 75. 50 Furthermore, self-efficacy in authoritarian parenting is moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 65, an empirical mean value of 66.83. Furthermore, self-efficacy in permissive parenting is low with a hypothetical mean value of 70 and an empirical mean value of 62.97.
