Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Komunikasi Interpersonal Dengan Kepuasan Kerja pada Perawat IGD di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSU IPI). Skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Perawat IGD di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSU IPI) yang berjumlah 34 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi Product Moment, maka dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja. Hasil dibuktikan dengan korelasi rxy= 0, 971 dengan p (0,001) < 0,05 bahwa komunikasi interpersonal berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 94,2% Dan sisanya sebesar 5,8% lagi dapat dijelaskan dari faktor lain seperti; workload, Work Content, Autonomy, Growth/development, Financial, reward, Promotion, Supervisor, Co-worker, Meaningfulnes, Work demand. Bahwa Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSU IPI) memiliki komunikasi interpersonal yang tergolong tinggi dengan mean empirik = 104,06 > 90 dimana selisi kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 8,588 dan kepuasan kerja di Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSU IPI) tergolong sedang dengan mean empirik 81,62> mean hipotetik = 80 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD = 6,683. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction in emergency room of nurses at General Hospital Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSU IPI). The scale used in this study is the scale of interpersonal communication and job satisfaction, where the subjects in this study were the emergency room nurses at the General Hospital Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSU IPI), totaling 34 people. The data analysis method used in this study is Product Moment correlation, then the following results are obtained: there is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction. The results are proven by the correlation rxy = 0.971 with p (0.001) <0.05 that interpersonal communication contributes to job satisfaction is 94.2% and the remaining 5.8% can be explained from other factors such as; workload, Work Content, Autonomy, Growth/development, Financial, reward, Promotion, Supervisor, Co-worker, Meaningfulness, Work demand . That the General Hospital Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSU IPI) has relatively high interpersonal communication with an empirical mean = 104.06 > 90 where the difference between the two means exceeds the SD number = 8.588 and job satisfaction at the General Hospital (RSU IPI) is classified as while with an empirical mean of 81.62 > hypothetical mean = 80 where the difference between the two means exceeds the SD number = 6.683. From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted.
