Hubungan Antara Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Career Adaptabillity Pada Aparat Kepolisian Di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Career Adaptabillity Pada Aparat Kepolisian Di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut. hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, ada hubungan positif antara dukungan keluarga dengan carrer adaptability pada aparat kepolisian di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparat Kepolisian Di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut yang berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala dengan bentuk skala Likert. Indeks reliabilitas yang diperoleh skala dukungan keluarga = 0,817 dan carrer adaptability = 0,842 yang artinya kedua variabel reliabel dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara dukungan keluarga dengan carrer adaptability pada aparat kepolisian di Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut dilihat dari nilai koefisien linearitas di mana 𝒓𝒙𝒚 = 0,763, dengan Signifikan P linearity < 0,05, koefisien determinan (r²) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y sebesar 0,582. Ini menunjukkan bahwa besaran korelasi dukungan keluarga terhadap carrer adaptability berdistribusi sebesar 58,2%. Dengan kata lain hipotesis diterima. Dari hasil data perhitungan mean empirik dan mean hipotetik diketahui bahwa variabel dukungan keluarga pada anggota kepolisian Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut memiliki mean hipotetik sebesar 65, mean empirik sebesar 48,81 dan standar deviasi sebesar 9,213. Sedangkan untuk variabel carrer adaptability, mean hipotetik sebesar 67,5, mean empiriknya sebesar 54,86 dan standar deviasi sebesar 10,959. dari hasil tersebut dukungan kerja dan carrer adaptability tergolong rendah. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation of between family support and career adaptability for police officers in the Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive correlation of between family support and carrer adaptability to police officers at the Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 45 people with a sampling technique using total sampling technique. The sample in this study was the Police Officers in the Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut, totaling 45 people. Data collection techniques in this study used a scale in the form of a Likert scale. The reliability index obtained by the family support scale = 0.817 and carrier adaptability = 0.842, which means that both variables are reliable and can be used as a measuring tool. Based on the results of an analysis conducted using the r Product Moment correlation technique, it is known that there is a positive relationship between family support and carrer adaptability of police officers at the Subdit Dalmas Direktorat Samapta Polda Sumut as seen from the value of the linearity coefficient where r_xy = 0.763, with significant P linearity < 0.05, the determinant coefficient (r²) of the correlation of between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is 0.582. This shows that the magnitude of the correlation of family support on carrer adaptability is distributed at 58.2%. In other words the hypothesis is accepted. From the results of the calculation of the empirical mean and hypothetical mean, it is known that the family support variable for members of the Dalmas sub-directorate of Samapta Polda Sumut has a hypothetical mean of 65, an empirical mean of 48.81 and a standard deviation of 9.213. As for the carrier adaptability variable, the hypothetical mean is 67.5, the empirical mean is 54.86 and the standard deviation is 10.959. from these results work support and carrier adaptability are low.
