dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PTPN II Bandar Klippa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 62 orang dengan teknik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan karakteristik tertentu dalam Sugiyono (2016). Penelitian ini mengacu pada metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear. Bentuk skala yang digunakan adalah skala Likert dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Diketahui ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan R = 0,495 dengan P = 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya, ada pengaruh positif antara lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Dalam hal ini semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka semakin tinggi loyalitas karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui lingkungan kerja tergolong rendah dengan mean hipotetik (42,5) > mean empirik (33,66) dan hasil bilangan SD sebesar 5,822. Hasil analisis loyalitas karyawan tergolong sedang dengan mean hipotetik (75) > mean empirik (63,84) dan hasil bilangan SD sebesar 11,832. Koefisien determinan (R2) dari variabel lingkungan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan adalah sebesar R2 = 0,245 sebesar 24,5% dengan demikian masih terdapat 75,5% pengaruh faktor lain yaitu dari faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal pada individu. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on employee loyalty at PTPN II Bandar Klippa. The research sample was 62 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a technique for determining samples with certain characteristics in Sugiyono (2016). This research refers to quantitative methods with linear regression analysis. The scale form used is a Likert scale with 4 answer choices. It is known that there is a significant relationship between the work environment and employee loyalty with R = 0.495 with P = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a positive influence between the work environment and employee loyalty. In this case, the better the work environment, the higher employee loyalty. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the work environment is classified as low with a hypothetical mean (42.5) > empirical mean (33.66) and an SD number of 5.822. The results of the analysis of employee loyalty are classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean (75) > empirical mean (63.84) and an SD number of 11.832. The determinant coefficient (R2) of the work environment and employee loyalty variables is R2 = 0.245, which is 24.5%, so there is still 75.5% influence of other factors, namely from internal factors and external factors on the individual.en_US
