Hubungan Antara Self-Esteem dengan Subjective Well-being di Yayasan Pendidikan Gemilang Bangsa Beringin

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Self-Esteem dengan Subjective well-being pada siswa/i di Yayasan Pendidikan Gemilang Bangsa Beringin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 siswa/i dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 72 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan Self-Esteem dengan subjective well being. Teknik sampling yang digunakan sistematis semple. Metode pengambilan data dengan menggunakan skala likert. Perhitungan nilai rara-rata hipotesis dan empirik Self-Esteem 17.500 dan 13.887, maka tergolong sedang dan nilai rata-rata hipotesis dan empirik subjective 45,000 dan 35,736, maka tergolong sedang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, berdasarkan Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,541 dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2= 0,293. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Self-Esteem berdistribusi sebesar 29,30% terhadap subjective well being. Sehingga, dengan begitu maka hal ini sesuai dengan hipotesis. Yaitu adanya hubungan antara Self-Esteem dengan Subjective well-being diterima. This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-Esteem and Subjective well-being in students at the Gemilang Bangsa Beringin Educational Foundation. The population in this study amounted to 72 students and the sample used was 72 students. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a relationship between the selft esteem and Subjective well-being. The sampling technique used is a simple systematic. Data collection method using a Likert scale. The calculation of the average mortgage and empirical Self-Esteem values is 17,500 and 13,887, so it is classified as medium and the average mortgage and empirical subjective values are 45,000 and 35,736, it is classified as medium. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative analysis, based on these results it is proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.541 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.293. This shows that Self-Esteem is distributed by 29.30% towards subjective well being. So, in that way, this is in accordance with the hypothesis. That is, there is a relationship between Self-Esteem and Subjective well-being is accepted.
