dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan menganalisis Kinerja Pegawai di Puskesmas Bandar Baru dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada kinerja pegawai puskesmas Bandar Baru dalam hal meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sementara analisis data melibatkan reduksi data, tampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masyarakat merasakan pelayanan prima dari staf puskesmas Bandar Baru. Puskesmas Bandar Baru mampu memberikan pelayanan dengan efisiensi yang baik. Biaya pelayanan di puskesmas Bandar Baru ditetapkan dengan wajar dan tidak terlalu tinggi. Staf puskesmas Bandar Baru merespons keluhan dan kebutuhan pasien dengan baik. Masyarakat merasa terbantu dengan adanya puskesmas Bandar Baru. This research aims to explain and analyze the performance of civil servants at the Bandar Baru Health Center in providing healthcare services. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach with a focus on the performance of the employees of the Bandar Baru Health Center in improving the quality of healthcare services. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was maintained through triangulation using various sources. The results of the research indicate that the community perceives excellent service from the staff of the Bandar Baru Health Center. The Bandar Baru Health Center is able to provide services efficiently. The cost of services at the Bandar Baru Health Center is reasonably set and not excessively high. The staff at the Bandar Baru Health Center respond well to patient complaints and needs. The community feels assisted by the presence of the Bandar Baru Health Center. | en_US |
