Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai divisi transmisi energi kelistrikan di kantor pln unit pelayanan medan baru. Hipotesis hubungan adalah adanya hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai PLN Medan Baru divisi transmisi energi kelistrikan sebanyak 70 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala yang terdiri dari skala budaya organisasi dan skala kepuasan kerja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasional menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Dan hasil, diketahui bahwa hipotesis diterima (rxy ) = 0,369 dengan p = 0,000< 0,05. Dengan demikian diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja. Hasil analisa selanjutnya menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi di kantor PLN Unit Pelayanan Medan Baru tergolong positif memiliki nilai rata-rata Mean hipotetik, Karena item yang sahih budaya organisasi berjumlah 25 aitem dengan skor bergerak dari 1-4, maka diketahui mean hipotetik = {(1 x 25) + {(4 x 25)} : 2 = 62,5.Mean empirik diketahui = 74,6571 dan standar deviasi 9,64423, Berdasarkan hasil dari kurva maka diketahui bahwa mean empirik 74,6571 terletak di kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang dimiliki subyek tergolong positif. Mean hipotetik Karena aitem yang sahih kepuasan kerja berjumlah 27 aitem dengan skor bergerak dari 1-4, maka diketahui mean hipotetik = {(1 x 27) + {(4 x 27)} : 2 = 67,5.Mean empirik diketahui = 90,70 dan standar deviasi 12,864, Berdasarkan hasil dari kurva maka diketahui bahwa mean empirik 90,70 terletak di kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki subyek tergolong tinggi. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction among employees of the electrical energy transmission division at PLN's Medan Baru service unit office. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. The sample of the study was PLN Medan Baru employees in the electrical energy transmission division, as many as 70 people who were selected using the total sampling technique. The data collection method is a scales consisting of an organizational culture scale and a job satisfaction scale. The data analysis method used is a correlation test using Pearson Product Moment. And the results show that the hypothesis is accepted (rxy ) = 0.369 with p = 0.000 <0.05. Thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. The empirical mean is known = 74.6571 and the standard deviation is 9.64423. Based on the results of the curve it is known that the empirical mean 74.6571 is in the high category. Thus, it was concluded that the subject's organizational culture was positive. Hypothetical mean Because the valid item of job satisfaction is 27 items with a score ranging from 1-4, it is known that the hypothetical mean = {(1 x 27) + {(4 x 27)} : 2 = 67.5. The empirical mean is known = 90 .70 and a standard deviation of 12.864. Based on the results of the curve it is known that the empirical mean of 90.70 is in the high category. Thus, it was concluded that the subject's job satisfaction was high. |
