dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada Anaugolo Kofi dan Kopi Lazeez. Yang dimana variable dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan emosional. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini factor-faktor yang berpengaruh terdapat pada anaugolo kofi yaitu factor kualitas produk, harga dan emosional sedangkan factor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pada Kopi Lazeez yaitu factor kualitas produk dan harga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan factorfaktor yang berpengaruh pada Anaugolo Kofi yaitu factor kualitas produk, harga dan emosional dan yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan sedangkan pada Kopi Lazeez factor yang berpengatuh yaitu kualitas produk dan harga sedangkan yang tidak perpengaruh yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan dan emosioanl . This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Anaugolo Kofi and Kopi Lazeez. Where the variables of this study are product quality, service quality, price and emotional variables. The research method using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results in this study are the influential factors found in anaugolo kofi, namely product quality, price and emotional factors, while the factors that influence consumer satisfaction with Lazeez Coffee are product quality and price factors. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence Anaugolo Kofi are product quality, price and emotional factors and those that do not have an effect are service quality variables while on Lazeez Coffee the factors that influence are product quality and price while those that do not influence are service quality variables and emotional. | en_US |
