Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Iklim Organisasi dengan perilaku Cyberloafing pada Karyawan PT Prima Kencana Adv. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat hubungan negatif antara variabel iklim organisasi dan cyberloafing. Hal ini diasumsikan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi maka semakin rendah cyberloafing. Sebaliknya jika semakin buruk iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi perilaku cyberloafing. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 57 karyawan PT. Prima Kencana Adv dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Iklim Organisasi dan Skala Cyberloafing. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Cyberloafing pada karyawan PT Prima Kencana Adv. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,724, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,524. Ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berdistribusi sebesar 52,4% terhadap cyberloafing sehingga hipotesis penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Berdasarkan hasi uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim organisasi tergolong rendah dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 60 dan nilai empirik sebesar 48,89. Selanjutnya cyberloafing tergolong sedang dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 57,5 dan empiric sebesar 57,64. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and cyberloafing behavior among employees of PT Prima Kencana Adv. This study uses a quantitative approach. The hypothesis put forward is that there is a negative relationship between organizational climate variables and cyberloafing. It is assumed that the better the organizational climate, the lower the cyberloafing. Conversely, the worse the organizational climate, the higher the cyberloafing behavior. The sample in this study were 57 employees of PT. Prima Kencana Adv and using Total Sampling technique. The data collection method uses the Organizational Climate Scale and the Cyberloafing Scale. Based on the calculation results of product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between Organizational Climate and Cyberloafing for employees of PT Prima Kencana Adv. This result is proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.724, with a significance of p = 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.524. This shows that organizational climate has a distribution of 52.4% towards cyberloafing so that the research hypothesis is declared accepted.Based on the mean test results, it can be concluded that the organizational climate is classified as low with a hypothetical value of 60 and an empirical value of 48.89. Furthermore, cyberloafing is classified as moderate with a hypothetical value of 57.5 and an empirical value of 57.64
