Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sertifikasi halal dan kesadaran halal mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mie Samyang Korea pada generasi milenial di kecamatan Medan Marelan. Populasi di kecamatan Medan Marelan, Sumatera Utara yang termasuk dalam generasi milenial (20-40 tahun) berjumlah 67.033 orang, periode 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden, dengan menggunakan random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilannya dengan beberapa kriteria responden yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu sertifikasi halal dan kesadaran halal terhadap variabel dependen yaitu keputusan pembelian. Variabel sertifikasi halal diperoleh nilai t adalah thitung > ttabel (2,424 > 1,984) dengan nilai signifikan (0,017 < 0,05) dan untuk variabel kesadaran halal diperoleh nilai thitung < ttabel (1,597 < 1,984) dengan nilai signifikan (0,114 > 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan sertifikasi halal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mie Samyang Korea sedangkan kesadaran halal tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mie Samyang Korea. Dan uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung 7,226 > Ftabel 3,09 dan tingkat signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,05, dengan hipotesis diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sertifikasi halal (X1) dan kesadaran halal (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). This study aims to determine whether halal certification and halal awareness have an influence on purchasing decisions for Korean Samyang noodle products in the millennial generation in Medan Marelan sub-district. The population in Medan Marelan sub-district, North Sumatra, which belongs to the millennial generation (20-40 years old) is 67,033 people, for the 2022 period. This study used a sample of 100 respondents, using random sampling as a sampling technique with several predetermined respondent criteria. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the independent variables, namely halal certification and halal awareness on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. For the halal certification variable, the t value is tcount > ttable (2,424 > 1,984) with a significant value (0,017 <0,05) and for the halal awareness variable the value is tcount <t table (1,597 <1,984) with a significant value (0,114 > 0,05) , so that it can be concluded that halal certification has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Korean Samyang noodle products, while halal awareness has no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Korean Samyang noodle products. And the F test obtained a Fcount of 7,226 > Ftable of 3,09 and a significance level of 0,001 <0,05, with the hypothesis being accepted so it can be concluded that halal certification (X1) and halal awareness (X2) simultaneously influence purchasing decisions (Y).
