Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal pada pengembangan usaha olahan sayuran hidroponik kangkung serta untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan usahaolahan sayuran hidroponik kangkung di UMKM Syifa Hidroponik. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang mengacu kepada strategi yaitu menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor internal strategi pengembangan usaha olahan sayuran hidroponik kangkung UMKM Syifa Hidroponik, dimana berupa pengusaha olahan sayuran hidroponik kangkung sudah berpengalaman, harga produk dapat dijangkau, sudah memiliki merk dan label halal, bahan baku mudah didapat, memiliki pelanggan tetap, belum memiliki cabang usaha, lokasi usaha kurang strategis, pencatatan keuangan dan penjualan belum dilakukan secara optimal, produksi masih terbatas sedangkan Faktor eksternanya proses produksi mudah dilakukan, adanya dukungan dari pemerintah, meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk mengkonsumsi olahan sayuran hidroponik kangkung, belum adanya produk sejenis ataupun tiruan, produk berkualitas, belum memiliki pangsa pasar yang luas, belum banyak masyarakat mengetahui olahan produk ini, biaya bahan produksi meningkat, persaingan usaha tinggi. Dengan kondisi tersebut secara umum strategi pengembangan usaha olahan sayuran hidroponik kangkung yang dapat dilakukan adalah strategi strategi agresif atau SO (Strenght-Opportunities yaitu dengan memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan dan peluang sebesar-besarnya. This study aims to determine the internal and external factors in the development of a hydroponic hydroponic kale processing business and to determine the strategy for developing a hydroponic kale processing business at the Syifa Hydroponic MSME. In this study, the data analysis technique refers to the strategy, namely using the SWOT analysis technique with a qualitative approach method. The results showed that the internal factors of the strategy for developing a hydroponic kale processing business for MSME Syifa Hydroponics were experienced hydroponic kale processing entrepreneurs, product prices were affordable, already had halal brands and labels, raw materials were easy to get, had regular customers, did not have branches. business, the business location is less strategic, financial records and sales have not been carried out optimally, production is still limited while the external factors are the production process is easy to do, there is support from the government, increasing public interest in consuming hydroponic water spinach processed vegetables, there are no similar or imitation products, products quality, does not have a wide market share, not many people know about this processed product, production material costs are increasing, business competition is high.
