dc.description.abstract | Pesatnya perkembangan perekonomian nasional, berbagai produk langsung ditawarkan, untuk layanan telekomunikasi di bidang Internet terdapat berbagai produk yang ditawarkan oleh pengembang. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam Skripsi ini adalah Perlindungan Hukum terhadap konsumen jika IndiHome tidak memenuhi perjanjian berlanggan dan Pertanggungjawaban IndiHome akan kerusakan jaringan konsumen dalam Penggunaan jaringan Internet Penulis menggunakan metode Penelitian Yuridis Normatif. Penelitian ini didasarkan data primer yang diambil dilapangan dan data sekunder dan didukung oleh penelitian kepustakaan yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang akan diteliti melalui Penelitian deskriftif penulis mendeskrifsikan peristiwa yang menjadi pusat perhatian tanpa memberikan perlakuan khusus terhadap peristiwa tersebut Perlindungan hukum yang dapat diberikan IndiHome kepada konsumen berupa pendekatan persuasif (musyawarah), dilakukan guna memecahkan masalah yang terjadi jika, konsumen merasa tidak ada perubahan setelah melakukan musyawarah dengan IndiHome maka konsumen dapat membawa perkara ke Pengadilan Negeri & Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen pihak konsumen memberikan sanksi kepada pihak perusahaan jika perusahaan tidak memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada konsumen. Tanggung Jawab IndiHome yaitu mendengarkan keluhan pelanggan dan segera bergerak mmperbaiki, dan pertanggungjawaban UUPK adalah dengan menggunakan prinsip tanggung jawab berdasarkan kesalahan dan pembuktian terbalik. Konsumen yang telah dirugikan. Saran Penulis Diharapkan untuk IndiHome agar memberi ganti rugi berupa diskon kepada pelanggan yang mengalami gangguan jaringan. The rapid development of the national economy causes various offered products, such as telecommunications services in the Internet sector, to lead to the developers offering products. The problems discussed in this thesis were legal protection for consumers if IndiHome did not meet the subscription agreemen and IndiHome responsibility for damage to consumer networks when using the Internet network. The author used the Normative Juridical Research method. Thisresearch was based on primary data taken in the field and secondary data and supported by literature research related to the problems that would be researched descriptively. The author described the limelight events without giving special treatment to them. The legal protection that IndiHome could provide the consumers was in the form of a persuasive approach (deliberation), which was carried out to solve problems that occurred. If consumers felt no changes after confabulating with IndiHome, consumers could bring cases to the District Court amp; Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency. Consumers imposed sanctions on the company if the company did not provide good service to consumers. IndiHome responsibility was to listen to customer complaints and then immediately fix them, and the responsibility of UUPK (Consumer Protection Law) was to use the principle of responsibility based on error and reverse proof of consumers who have been harmed. The author suggests that IndiHome will provide compensation, such as discounts for customers who experience network problems. | en_US |
