dc.description.abstract | BPJS Kesehatan adalah badan hukum publik yang dibentuk untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011 tentang Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial. Peneliti mengambil lokasi pada RSUD Dr.Pirngadi, beralamat di Jalan. Prof. H.M.Yamin No.47, Perintis, Kec. Kesehatan masyarakat perlu diperhatikan di Rumah Sakit masih banyaknya masyarakat yang mengeluh dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit Dr.Pirngadi Medan terutama bagi pasien pengguna BPJS Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit pelayanan yang diberikan masih kurang optimal. Tujuan peneliti ini untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Rawat Jalan Peserta BPJS Kesehatan Pada RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan, untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan strategi RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan dalam meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Rawat Jalan Peserta BPJS Kesehatan Pada RSUD Dr. PirngadiKota Medan. BPJS Health is a public legal entity established to administer the health insurance program as intended in Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning Social Security Administering Bodies. Researchers took the location at Dr. Pirngadi Regional Hospital, located at Jalan. Prof. H.M. Yamin No.47, Perintis, Kec. Public health needs to be paid attention to in hospitals. There are still many people who complain about the services provided by the Dr. Pirngadi Medan hospital, especially for patients using BPJS Health. At the hospital, the services provided are still less than optimal. The aim of this researcher is to determine the quality of outpatient services for BPJS Health participants at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi, Medan City, to find out and describe the strategy of RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City in improving the quality of outpatient services for BPJS Health participants at Dr. RSUD.
