Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai, mengukur dan mengidentifikasi mengenai Evaluasi Program Keluarga Berencana Di Desa Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Seituan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Studi evaluasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori William N. Dunn (2003) yaitu: efektivitas, efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan, responsivitas, dan ketepatan. Metode penelitian ini melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian evaluasi ini menunjukkan bahwa program Keluarga Berencana Di Desa Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Seituan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang belum optimal. Kriteria yang sudah berjalan dengan baik yaitu efisiensi, kecukupan, perataan dan ketepatan. Sedangkan kriteria yang belum optimal yaitu efektivitas dan responsivitas. This study aims to assess, measure and identify the Evaluation of Family Planning Program in Medan Estate Village, Percut Seituan District, Deli Serdang. evaluation study used in this study uses theory of William N. Dunn (2003),effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature, documentation. results of this evaluation study indicate that the family planning program in Medan Estate Village, has not been optimal. criteria that have been running well are efficiency, adequacy, alignment and accuracy. While criteria that are not optimal are effectiveness and responsiveness.
