Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work family conflict dengan stres kerja pada karyawan di PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Purposive sampling. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 50 karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasional didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara work family conflict dengan stres kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) = 0,645 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif work family conflict dengan stres kerja semakin semakin tinggi work family conflict semakin tinggi stres kerja karyawan. Begitu juga dengan Nilai koefisien determinan (R2) yang memiliki nilai 0,416, hal ini setara dengan 41,6% artinya bahwa work family conflict tersebut berkontribusi sekitar 41,6% terhadap stres kerja. Pada penelitian ini hasil dari work family conflict dinyatakan tinggi dilihat dari hasil nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 99,98 lebih besar dari nilai hipotetik yaitu 80. Selanjutnya stres kerja dinyatakan tinggi dilihat dari hasil nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh sebesar 114,08 lebih besar dari nilai hipotetik yaitu 95. The research aims to determine the correlation between work family conflict and work stress on employees at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study were 130 people. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study is 50 employees. Based on the results of the correlational analysis, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between work family conflict and work stress seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0.645 with p = 0.000 <0.050, meaning that there is a positive correlation between work family conflict and work stress, the higher the work family conflict the higher the work stress of employees. Likewise with the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.416, this is equivalent to 41.6% meaning that work family conflict contributes around 41.6% to work stress. In this study the results of work family conflict were stated to be high in terms of the results of the empirical average value obtained, which was 99.98, which was greater than the hypothetical value of 80. Furthermore, work stress was stated to be high, seen from the results of the empirical average value obtained by 114.08 is greater than the hypothetical value of 95.
