Pengaruh Financial Flexibility, Growth Opportunity dan Struktur Aset terhadap Struktur Modal (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Sub-Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas dan Transportasi) yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2019-2021

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial Flexibility, Growth Opportunity dan Struktur Aset Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Sub-Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas dan Transportasi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2019-2021. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan sampel selama periode tahun 2019-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan variabel terikat adalah struktur modal; sedangkan financial flexibility, growth opportunity, dan struktur aset bertindak sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil ananlisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel growth opportunity dan struktur aset berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Sementara variabel financial flexibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Studi ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi manajemen perusahaan khususnya sebagai bahan masukan dan pertimbangan dalam menetapkan keputusan atas struktur modal suatu perusahaan. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial flexibility, growth opportunity and asset structure on capital structures in sub-sector infrastructure, utilities and transportation registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. The data used is generated from the annual financial reports of sample companies over the period of 2019-2021. The kind of research used on this study is the collaborative study of the quantitative approach. Data processing in this study uses SPSS through the method of analysis used is regression with bound variables is capital structure; As for the financial flexibility, growth opportunity, and the asset structure act as free variables. Analysis results suggest that the partial growth opportunity and asset structure significantly affect the structure of capital. While financial flexibility do not affect capital structure. It is hoped that companies' management will benefit especially as input materials and considerations in deciding decisions about the capital structure of a company.
