Abstract

A project will have a time limit (deadline) of any activity that takes place, which means that the project should be completed before or right at the time ditentuka. Good time management is an essential element in it. As the eruption of Mount Sinabung mitigation projects. Implementation of the project requires the management of the project from beginning to end execution of the job. One method of scheduling execution of project work that can be used is by CPM scheduling method. CPM stands for Critical Path Method (critical path method). In the method CPM (Critical Path Method) is used to determine the critical path of a project which is a management technique to a method of planning.
