This test aims to study the temperature variations of the hot press process on plastic composite materials. From the test analysis on a 100% PP plastic (PolyPropylene)/0% activated carbon (KA) specimen, it has an object mass of 4 g, an object volume of 5 cm3 and a density of 0.8 g/cm3. on a 90% plastic PP (PolyPropylene) specimen, 10% activated carbon (KA) has an object mass of 4 g, an object volume of 5 cm3 and a density of 0.8 g/cm3. on the specimen 80% PP (PolyPropylene)/20% activated carbon (KA) plastic has an object mass of 4 g, an object volume of 5 cm3 and a density of 0.8 g/cm3. on a 70% PP (PolyPropylene)/30% activated carbon (KA) plastic specimen, the object mass is 4 g, the object volume is 5 cm3 and the density is 1 g/cm3. the first composition is the value of the maximum point stress of 36,958 MPa and the modulus of elasticity is 4.3096 MPa, the second composition is the value of the maximum point stress of 34,580 MPa and the modulus of elasticity of 3.3716 MPa, the first composition is the value of the maximum point stress of 10,394 MPa and the elastic modulus is 2.3843 MPa, the first composition is the value of the maximum point stress of 8,641 MPa and modulus of elasticity of 1,292 MPa. Evaluation of the results of this density analysis, the greater the density value of the material density, the lower the maximum point stress and elastic modulus of plastic composite materials. The increase in the density value of the material is affected by activated carbon. The more activated carbon, the higher the material density value. Of the variations in this composition, the third composition is the best for use on polar plates because it has a strength value that is not far from the specifications of the polar plate. | en_US |
