dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Informasi dan Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Jasa Di PT JNE Cabang Medan. Model penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan motode pendekatan purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna jasa di JNE Cabang Medan di Jl. Brigjen Katamso Medan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 99 pengguna jasa JNE Cabang Medan. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis bahwa 1) pada variabel Informasi (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan jasa yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t, t hitung yaitu 6,461, sehingga diketahui bahwa nilai thitungt > t tabel 1,985. Dan nilai p-value pada kolom sig yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti berpengaruh secara signifikan. 2) pada variabel Pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan jasa yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t, thitungt yaitu 3,713, sehingga diketahui bahwa nilai t hitung 3,713 > t tabel 1,985. Dan nilai p-value pada kolom sig yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti berpengaruh secara signifikan. Maka demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa Hα diterima, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa Pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. 3) Informasi dan Pelayanan berdasarkan hasil uji F didapati bahwa nilai F hitung (150.083 ) > F tabel (3,09) dan Sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, arinya Informasi dan Pelayanan bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Penggunanaan jasa di PT JNE Cabang Medan This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of providing information and services on interest in using services at PT JNE Medan Branch. The research model used is quantitative research, where variables are measured using a Likert scale. The data collection method was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The population in this study were all service users at JNE Medan Branch on Jl. Brigadier General Katamso Medan. The research sample was 99 users of JNE Medan Branch services. Data obtained using primary data in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Based on testing the hypothesis that 1) the information variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on interest in using the service as shown from the results of the t test, t count is 6.461, so it is known that the tcount value > t table is 1.985. And the p-value in the sig column is 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect. 2) on the service variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using the service as shown from the results of the t test, tcount is 3.713, so it is known that the value of t count is 3.713 > t table 1.985. And the p-value in the sig column is 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect. So it can be stated that Hα is accepted, so it can be interpreted that service has a positive and significant effect. 3) Information and Services based on the results of the F test found that the calculated F value (150,083) > F table (3.09) and Sig. of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that information and services together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on interest in using services at PT JNE Medan Branch. | en_US |
