Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengalaman pelanggan dan variasi produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam menggunakan aplikasi lazada pada siswa SMA Swasta GBKP Kabanjahe. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian metode kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data dengan menyebar kuisioner. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa SMA Swasta GBKP Kabanjahe yang berjumlah 562 siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden yang diambil dengan membagikan kuesioner buat diisi oleh para responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji analisis linear berganda dan uji t yang masing-masing pengujian diolah menggunakan program SPSS 26. Berdasarkan uji penelitian, maka diperoleh hasil : (1) Variabel customer experience (X1) memiliki t.hitung 1,884 > t.tabel 1,663, hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa customer experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna aplikasi lazada di SMA Swasta GBKP Kabanjahe. (2) Variabel product variations (X2) memiliki t.hitung 4,666 > 1,663 t.tabel, hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa product variations berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty pada pengguna aplikasi lazada di SMA Swasta GBKP Kabanjahe. (3) Secara simultan diketahui nilai f.hitung 23,873 > 2,37 f.tabel, hal ini menjelaskan bahwa customer experience (X1) dan product variations (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer loyalty (Y) pada pengguna aplikasi lazada di SMA Swasta GBKP Kabanjahe. This research aims to find out whether customer experience and product variations influence consumer loyalty in using the Lazada application among GBKP Kabanjahe Private High School students. The type of research carried out is quantitative method research through data collection by distributing questionnaires. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula. The population in this study were all GBKP Kabanjahe Private High School students, totaling 562 students. The sample in this study was 85 respondents who were taken by distributing questionnaires for the respondents to fill out. The data analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear analysis tests and t tests, each of which is processed using the SPSS 26 program. Based on the research tests, the results obtained are: (1) The customer experience variable (X1) has a t count of 1.884 > t.table 1.663, this explains that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among Lazada application users at GBKP Kabanjahe Private High School. (2) The product variations variable (X2) has a t count of 4.666 > 1.663 t table, this explains that product variations have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty among Lazada application users at GBKP Kabanjahe Private High School. (3) Simultaneously it is known that the f.count value is 23.873 > 2.37 f.tabel, this explains that customer experience (X1) and product variations (X2) have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) among Lazada application users in high school Private GBKP Kabanjahe.
