Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Trust dan Delivery Accuracy Terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan pengguna jasa Pengiriman J&T Express Setia budi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ialah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 600 pelanggan, rata rata perharinya adalah 10 orang. Dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden pengguna jasa pengiriman J&T Express jl. Setia budi medan. Teknik yang digunakan peneliti untuk pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode survey menggunakan media angket (kuesioner). Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji validitas, uji reabilitas , uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Delivery Accuracy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. This study aims to determine the effect of Trust and Delivery Accuracy on Customer Loyalty using the Setia Budi J&T Express Delivery service. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study is 600 customers, the average per day is 10 people. And the sample in this study was 100 respondents who use J&T Express jl. Loyal to the field. The technique used by researchers to collect data is a survey method using questionnaire media (questionnaire). Data analysis used in this study was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results showed that the influence of Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Delivery Accuracy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
