dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Disiplin dan Tanggung Jawab dengan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa di SMA Swasta An-Nizam Medan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 140 siswa di SMA Swasta An-Nizam Medan. Dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling diperoleh sampel sebesar 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala, yang terdiri dari Skala Disiplin, Skala Tanggung Jawab, Skala Kemandirian Belajar. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan menunjukkan di hipotesis pertama ada korelasi positif antara Disiplin dengan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa. koefisien korelasi 𝑟𝑥𝑦 sebesar 0,614 dengan p < 0,05, ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi disiplin belajar maka kemandirian belajar siswa semakin tinggi juga . Koefisien 𝑅2 =0,212, ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 37,70 % terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Hipotesis kedua diketahui ada hubungan positif antara Tanggung Jawab dengan Kemandirian Belajar dilihat dari korelasi 𝑟𝑥𝑦 sebesar 0,617 dengan p < 0,05, ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi tanggung jawab belajar maka kemandirian belajar siswa akan semakin meningkat. Koefisien 𝑅2 =0,212, ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 38,07 % terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Dan hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Disiplin dan Tanggung Jawab dengan Kemandirian Belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien Freg = 166,326 dengan p < 0,05, dan koefisien korelasi r = 0,880 dengan p < 0,05 dan 𝑅 2 = = 0,774, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa disiplin dan tanggung jawab secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, kontribusi keduanya dalam memunculkan kemandirian belajar siswa adalah sebesar 77,4% . Berdasarkan hasil penelitian hipotesis diterima. This study aims to determine the correlation between Discipline and Responsibility with Student Learning Independence at An-Nizam Private High School in Medan. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 140 students at An-Nizam Private High School Medan. By using random sampling technique obtained a sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses three scales, which consist of the Discipline Scale, the Responsibility Scale, the Learning Independence Scale. Data analysis technique using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the study show that in the first hypothesis there is a positive correlation between Discipline and Student Learning Independence. the correlation coefficient r_xy is 0.614 with p <0.05, this means that the better the learning discipline, the better the student's learning independence. The coefficient R^2 = 0.212, this shows that discipline makes an effective contribution of 37.70% to student learning independence. The second hypothesis is known that there is a positive relationship between responsibility and independent learning seen from the correlation r_xy of 0.617 with p <0.05, this means that the better the responsibility of learning, the more independent learning students will increase. The coefficient R^2 = 0.212, this shows that responsibility makes an effective contribution of 38.07% to student learning independence. And the third hypothesis shows that there is a significant correlation between Discipline and Responsibility with Independent Learning. This is indicated by the coefficient Freg = 166.326 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient r = 0.880 with p < 0.05 and R^2= = 0.774, thus it can be concluded that discipline and responsibility together influence student learning independence, the contribution of both in bringing about student learning independence is 77.4%. Based on the research results the hypothesis is accepted.en_US
