dc.description.abstractIndonesia merupakan negara dengan kondisi geologis yang terletak diantara lempeng indo australia lempeng eurasia dan lempeng pasifik sehingga menyebabkan negara indonesia rentan terhadap gempa bumi. Atas dasar tersebut maka sangat penting dilakukan tinjauan beban rencana dalam merencanakan desain struktur bangunan. Kota medan tepatnya pada proyek menara BRI menjadi salah satu subjek tinjauan dalam hal merencanakan desain struktur. Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perangkat lunak komputer, Aplikasi ETABS v.20 (Extended Three-Dimensional Analysis of Building Systems) telah menjadi salah satu perangkat lunak rekayasa struktur yang populer dan sangat bermanfaat dalam menganalisis perilaku struktur gedung. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis perhitungan Pushover untuk menghitung struktur bangunan tersebut. penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder dimana data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung yaitu dapat berupa soft file ataupun denah bestek berbentuk fisik yang diperoleh dari tempat lokasi penelitian dilakukan. Adapun hasil daripada penelitian ini menunjukkan Beban mati pada atap ( WD ) = 3 kN/m2, Beban mati pada lantai (WD) 130mm = 4,33 kN/ m2 300mm = 8.52 kN/m2, Beban hidup pada atap (WL) = 1,20 kN/m2 Beban hidup pada lantai ( WL) = 2,50 kN/m2, Berat Mati Tambahan Pada Lantai Atap (SDL) = 0.73 KN/m2 Berat Mati Tambahan Pada Lantai (SDL) = 1.51 KN/m2. Dan untuk Pembuatan grafik respon spektrum gempa rencana menggunakan peta gempa berdasarkan SNI 1726-2019. Kemudian disimpulkan bahwa menurut ATC-40 nilai drift ratio arah- X (0,0032) dan arah-Y (0,0048) maka gedung yang ditinjau termasuk dalam kategori level kinerja immediate occupancy (IO), yaitu bila terjadi gempa gedung hanya mengalami sedikit kerusakan dan dapat langsung digunakan. Indonesia is a country with geological conditions located between the indo Australian plate Eurasian plate and the Pacific plate, making the country vulnerable to earthquakes. On this basis, it is important to review the burden of the plan in planning the building structure design. The terrain city on the BRI tower project is one of the subject of review in terms of planning structural design. In line with the development of computer technology and software, the ETABS v.20 Application (Extended Three-Dimensional Analysis of Building Systems) has become one of the popular structural engineering software and is very useful in analyzing building structural behavior. In this study, a Pushover calculation analysis method was used to calculate the structure of the building. The author uses a secondary data collection technique in which indirect data can be either soft files or a physical master plan obtained from where the research was conducted. The results from this study show Dead load on the roof (WD) = 3 kN/m2, Dead load on the floor (WD) 130mm = 4.33 kN/m2 300mm = 8.52 kN/m2, Dead load on the roof (WL) = 1.20 kN/m2 Dead load on the floor, Heavy load on the floor (WL) And for the creation of earthquake spectrum response charts plans using earthquake maps based on SNI 1726-2019.Then it was concluded that according to ATC-40 the X-direction drift ratio (0.0032) and Y-direction (0.0048) values, the building being reviewed falls into the category of immediate occupancy (IO) performance level, which is that in the event of an earthquake the building is only slightly damaged and can be used immediately.en_US
