Abstract: Penggerek Batang Padi Putih (Scirpophaga innotata) adalah salah satu hama potensial padi (Oryzae sativa) karena menyerang batang tanaman padi sehingga mampu menyebabkan 50% kerugian dari total produksi keseluruhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui patogenisitas Beauveria bassiana pada pengenceran 105, 106 ,107 ,108 , dan 109 konidia/ml dengan kerapatan yang sama yaitu 2.08 x 10... konidia/ml terhadap mortalitas larva Scirpophaga innotata dan pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan larva Scirpophaga innotata menjadi pupa selama 14 hari pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerapatan spora Beauveria bassiana pada pengenceran 107 efektif mengendalikan Scirpophaga innotata dengan persentase mortalitas sebesar 100%. Hasil analisi probit menunjukkan nilai Median Lethal Time (LT50) tercepat terdapat pada pengenceran 107 yang mencapai 11.11 jam. The Pady Stem Borer (Scirpophaga innotata) is one of the potential pests of rice (Oryzae sativa) because it attacks the stems of rice plants so that it can cause 50% loss of total production. The aim of this study was to determine the pathogenicity of Beauveria bassiana at dilutions of 105, 106, 107, 108, and 109 conidia/ml with the same density, namely 2.08 pupae for 14 days of observation. The results showed that the density of Beauveria bassiana spores at dilution 107 was effective in controlling Scirpophaga innotata with a mortality percentage of 100%. The results of the probit analysis showed that the fastest Median Lethal Time (LT50) value was found in dilution 107 which reached 11.11 hours.
