Analisis Faktor-faktor Penghambat yang Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pelaksanaan Proyek Vihara Prasadha Jinadhammo

Abstract

Pembangunan yang semakin meningkat melahirkan pesatnya perkembangan perus-ahaan konstruksi. Pembuatan suatu proyek konstruksi selalu mengacu pada perkiraan yang ada pada saat rencana pembangunan tersebut dibuat. Dampak yang sering ter-jadi adalah keterlambatan waktu pelaksanaan proyek serta meningkatnya biaya pelaksanaan proyek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi serta menganalisa faktor-faktor dan sub faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap penyebab keterlambatan pada proyek Vihara Prasdha Jinadhammo. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner untuk disebar kepada responden sebagai alat pengumpul data. Pengujian ini menggunakan analisis ranking berdasarkan nilai mean. Berdasar-kan hasil analisis, tiga faktor utama penyebab keterlambatan proyek konstruksi Vi-hara Prasadha Jinadhammo diperoleh rangking tiap faktornya sebagai berikut. Faktor pertama penyebab dari pemilik proyek dengan pernyataan keterlambatan pengiriman peralatan kelokasi menempati ranking tertinggi dengan nilai mean 3,38 dari 5 pern-yataan, faktor kedua penyebab dari pengelola atau pihak kontraktor dengan pern-yataan ketidaktersediaan tenaga kerja proyek menempati rangking tertinggi dengan nilai mean 3,3 dari 5 pernyataan dan yang ketiga faktor teknis dilapangan dengan pernyataan kerusakan material pada saat pemakaian menempati ranking tertinggi dengan nilai mean 3,4 dari 10 pernyataan, besarnya nilai keterlambatan proyek ber-dasarkan nilai skor masing – masing variabel Y adalah 816+801+1597 = 3214. The increasing development gave birth to the rapid development of construction com-panies. Making a construction project always refers to the estimate that existed at the time the development plan was made. The impact that often occurs is the delay in the time of project implementation and the increase in the cost of implementing the project. This study aims to identify and analyze what factors and sub-factors influ-ence the causes of delays in the Prasdha Jinadhammo Vihara project.This study used a questionnaire to distribute to respondents as a data collection tool. This test uses ranking analysis based on the mean value. Based on the results of the analysis, the three main factors causing the delay in the construction project of the Prasadha Jinadhammo Temple were ranked as follows. The first factor is the cause of the pro-ject owner with the statement of delays in the delivery of equipment to the location with the highest ranking with a mean value of 3.38 out of 5 statements, the second factor is the cause of the manager or the contractor with the statement of the una-vailability of project workers has the highest rank with a mean value of 3.3 out of 5 statement and the third is technical factors in the field with statements of material damage during use occupying the highest rank with a mean value of 3.4 out of 10 statements, the magnitude of the value of project delays based on the score of each variable Y is 816 + 801 + 1597 = 3214.
