Abstract

This research aims to determine Village Fund Supervision in improving the performance of the Village Consultative Body in Pematang Johar Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The type of research is qualitative research. Researchers use Terry's theory. There were 7 research informants. Data collection interviews, observations, documentation. Data analysis, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Village Fund Supervision in improving the Performance of the Pematang Johar Village Consultative Body has been going well. BPD participates in making and ratifying village regulations.
